1.- Where does MCA tour guide/driver meet me at the airport?
All airports have different policies regarding where a chauffeur can meet a guest. Please refer to your confirmation for specific meet & greet instructions applicable to your airport. Normally our drivers will meet you at the bottom of the escalator in baggage claim area. The driver will be with a sign with your name or group name. Inbound flights are tracked so that the driver will be in place at the correct time. Usually, the driver has already determined which of the 32 carousels will receive your luggage. He or she helps locate the luggage, and then leads you directly to your waiting vehicle. The driver will then take you straight to your destination.
2.- Is the gratuity included in the cost MCA Transportation services?
Gratuity is not included in the ticket prices. Gratuity is encouraged for exceptional customer service.
3.- How far in advance do I need to book MCA Transportation services?
MCA Transportation requires 48 hours advance booking online. If you do not have 48 hours to booking, please call us any time at 1-877-705-1010 to determine availability.
4.- What are the hours of operation for MCA Transportation?
MCA Transportation office is open Monday thru Friday, from 9:00AM until 5:00PM, but our agents are available to assist you 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Please feel free to contact us at 1-877-705-1010.
5.- What is the cancellation policy for MCA Transportation?
MCA Transportation will refund your monies in full if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to scheduled pick up time.
6. Can you accommodate groups of any size?
We can provide any size vehicle. We respond with the best vehicle – or combination of vehicles – to any kind of situation. We have sedans, SUV, Vans and buses to assist you with the better options accordingly to your group size. If requested, we can also provide stretch limousines.
